LORRAINE (RAINA) DELEAR

Meet Raina! She is a mentor, guide, healer, teacher, creator-developer that brings the wisdom of the past and potential of the future into the potency of the here now. She is a woman with a foot in two worlds, the world of the known and the world of the yet to be known – with all of its potential.

Raina worked in the financial markets for sixteen years. In 2001, she made the radical leap from VP of trading to Energy Medicine practitioner and teacher. Since then Raina has developed and deepened in the essential capacities that lead to personal wellbeing and inner happiness.

Raina continuously cultivates the art of embodying conscious felt-sense intelligence. She experiences awakening through living in direct relationship with what is arising and emerging. From this embodied perspective, daily life holds the exquisite opportunity for enlightenment.

Raina’s broad and deep devotion to well-being on all levels manifests in her work as a healer and teacher. Her capacity to listen deeply to what is emerging, to see possible paths for optimizing growth, and to hold space for new ways of being enable Raina to make a profound difference in people’s lives.

Raina carries the wisdom that we are magnificent beyond imagination and that we have the potential to co-create a better world for all beings by standing together in our majesty while acknowledging the divine mystery that is life.


KRISTEN GRECO CMTSE, SEP, LAP

Introducing, Kristen Greco – she has been a practitioner in the movement and healing arts field for over 25 years. She is a Luminous Awareness Practitioner & Trainer, Advanced Bodyworker, Somatic Movement Educator, and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. Kristen specializes in addressing physical, emotional, developmental and intergenerational trauma. Her work also addresses injuries, chronic pain, and structural and energetic imbalances.

The modalities that she draws from include:

Kristen’s foundation is in Orthobionomy® which has its roots in Osteopathy. She has a certificate in Somatic Education from Moving on Center in Oakland, and is certified as an Advanced Conscious Bodyworker through Alive and Well! Institute of Conscious Bodywork in Corte Madera, CA. She is a graduate of the Luminous Body School of Integral Energy Medicine and is a Master Luminous Practitioner.

Yes! This in-person immersion event will support you in deepening your embodiment and facilitation skills that you’re already learning in Pause Certification programs.

If you’re ready to go deeper with more advanced learnings, hands-on experience, & transformational healing, then you’re more than welcome to attend!

NOTE: Advanced Energetics Training is designed to enhance & build on the foundational Pause Breathwork Facilitator Training & the Pause Somatic Coaching Certification. Current students of the PFT or SCC program are allowed and encouraged to participate, but completion of Advanced Energetics training does not count towards the graduation requirements for the PFT or SCC certification.
